The aircraft took off from Milan at 19.20 for a flight to K”ln. Fifteen minutes after takeoff (at FL147) the aircraft entered an area of icing conditions. The pilots didn't adhere to the minimum flying speed in icing conditions. The ATR stalled and crashed nosedown into a 700m high mountain.
