This is not an accident investigation report.

The aircraft a McDonnnell Douglas DC-10-30, flight 865 overran the runway after an aborted take off. The number 3 engine suffered from a sheared fuel line and caught fire. There were 275 passengers and crew aboard. Three of those on board were killed. The photograph below shows the blaze in the stricken airliner being fought by Aircraft Rescue and Fire Fighting crews.
